Designed as a 2-day workshop, these sessions take new users from newbies to certified users. On the morning of Day 1, attendees learn about the breadth of Sumo's capabilities and have the opportunity to achieve Level 1 Certification (Pro User). In the afternoon, users dive into "how to" exercises that help cement the knowledge
Day 2 takes attendees through the certification process for Level 3 (Power Admin) and Security. Certified Sumo Power Admins have the highest expertise in setting up, managing, and optimizing Sumo Logic features for users in their Org. Power Admins know how to unlock the full power of Sumo Logic to make everyone’s queries more effective!
Attendees will walk away from these courses with the ability to use the skills learned in the hands-on labs and immediately implement them in their own queries and dashboards.
